Kanzen Consulting Pvt Ltd started its journey as a Software Application Development and Solutions company in 2021 with a name as Percept Consulting Services. Later, the name was changed to ‘Kanzen Consulting Pvt Ltd’. The word Kanzen literally means ‘Perfect’ in Japanese.
Kanzen is founded by Mr Manoj Bhagat who has worked as a senior Product Development Manager with many Indian as well as international corporations such as Satyam, Nissan, Oracle in Japan. He has extensive experience in designing solutions and mainly for Japanese clients. Being a solution architect, he started this company with a passion for providing intelligent digital solutions in the education and training sector after returning from Japan.
The focus of the organization is in product development, education solution development, managed services and resource augmentation for Indian as well as international clients, mainly for Japanese companies.
Kanzen has separate teams for backend development, frontend development, database designers, a dedicated testing team and senior managers with Japanese bilingual capabilities.
Kanzen has significantly shown a rising trend in its business with Japanese clients and it is a natural result of the management of Kanzen which has a clear understanding and long experience of Japanese work culture and industry requirements.
